2、Considering relationship of the multi-cavity mold and tube diameter, it can realize: the minimum of working table, the minimum of main cylinder clamping force and the working force of side cylinder, the minimum of energy consumption and the maximum of productivity and efficiency;
3. Suitable for products’ diversified structure: single clamping press, double clamping press, VII clamping press, Ring clamping press, Tooth ring clamping press;
4, Adapt to the diversity of materials: stainless steel, carbon steel, red copper and other metal materials;
5, Forming product structure: Straight pipe, Tee pipe fittings, 90° elbow pipe at the same machine.
6, Forming product specifications:
(1) Pipe diameter below 32mm: One mold with ten cavities (Ten pieces for one stroke);
(2) Pipe diameter from 32mm to 65mm below: One mold with four cavities (Four pieces for one stroke);
(3) Pipe diameter from 65mm to 100mm below: One mold with two cavities (Two pieces for one stroke);
7, For small products-pipe diameter below 65mm, it can use a mold multi-cavity with multi-specification according to the capacity needs ;
8, The energy consumption cost of a single part is lower than the cost of traditional forming.
