Annealing is a necessary step for hydroforming

A manual annealing machine is the equipment used for thermal treatment of metal materials, the principle of which is controlled heating and cooling to change the internal structure of the metal and improve its physical properties, such as reducing hardness, increasing plasticity and eliminating internal stresses. The main components of the device include a heating element, an insulated chamber and a cooling system. All stages of the process - loading of the workpiece, temperature setting, endurance control and cooling - are performed manually by the operator.

The basic cycle of work is as follows:

1-Heating-Metallic billets are placed in the furnace and heated to a given temperature (usually above the critical point), which causes phase transformations, such as austenitization.

2-Corrosion resistance - at constant temperature the material is conditioned for a certain time to ensure uniform heat distribution and recrystallization of the beans, which helps to relieve internal stresses.
3-Cooling - cooling is a slow cooling (usually with the stove or put in air for nature cooling) that allows the structure to go into a stable state, such as perlite or ferrit, close to thermodynamic equilibrium.

Unlike automated annealing machine, a manual annealing requires the direct involvement of the operator at each stage, making it suitable for small-scale production or laboratory conditions. It is low in cost and flexible, but requires highly qualified staff.
